E1.31 (sACN) Input Interface Added

DAZL® release 1.1.0.3 sees the addition of a new E1.31 (sACN) input interface.

With the rise in vendor support of the E1.31 (sACN) standard, we felt it important to have an input capability for DAZL using this DMX-over-Ethernet protocol. We also took time to enhance the efficiency of the existing E1.31 output interface, plus fixed a regression in the Enttec DMX USB Pro driver, breaking input usage.

While some people think it important to wait for a version bump past 1.0 (such as with this release), there was no need to wait with DAZL. The first release was significantly tested and used for over a year before release. And we continually improve the product.
